This policy explains what data Notifizz (“we”) processes, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website (notifizz.com) and the Notifizz platform. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we host in the EU, and we never copy your customer base. For any question, write to support@notifizz.com.
You can browse this site without an account and without giving us any personal data.
For platform accounts, we process the information you give us when signing up (such as name and email address), as a data controller, to provide the service.
For the recipients of your notifications, we act as a data processor on your behalf, under a data processing agreement (DPA). By design, the data a message needs is read from your systems at send time, used once, then dropped: your customer base is never copied into Notifizz. Even the unsubscribe list is stored as a salted fingerprint, never in clear text.
We rely on the performance of the contract (providing the service), on our legitimate interest (security, aggregated audience measurement, answering your messages), and on your consent where it is required.
The platform is hosted in the European Union (Scaleway, France). Some subprocessors are located outside the EU: our email delivery provider (Postmark, United States) and our AI provider (Anthropic, United States), which is used at design time only and never receives your users’ real data. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, and the full list of subprocessors is available in the DPA.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Per-message recipient data is used once and then dropped. Contact messages are kept for the time of our exchange. Account data is kept for the life of the account and the legal retention periods that follow.
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection over your personal data. To exercise them, write to support@notifizz.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).
If you are a recipient of notifications sent through Notifizz by one of our customers, that customer is the data controller: we will forward your request to them, or you can contact them directly.
This site sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking. Only strictly necessary technical storage may be used (such as remembering your language preference).
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS), access is restricted to what each role needs, and the strongest protection remains our architecture itself: data we never store is data that cannot leak.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced on the site.
