Do we have to import our contacts?
No. There is no warehouse sync and no CSV import: the Profile Resolver and enrichers fetch what a message needs live at send time from your systems, and a marketing broadcast reads its CRM segment at launch. Your data never moves in bulk.
Where does the data live?
In the EU. Notifizz acts as a processor (DPA), your customer base is never copied, per-message data is used once then dropped, and even the suppression list is stored as a salted fingerprint, never in clear text.
