Privacy in the architecture.Freedom for marketing.
Keep control of your customer data while your team creates, personalizes and launches campaigns. The difference starts with how the platform uses information.
Your CRM stays the source.
Use your existing contacts and segments directly. There is no second customer database to import, maintain and keep in sync.

Personalize from the information returned at send time. Your approved campaign uses that context at send time; the AI model is not in the sending path.

Recorded opt-outs are checked before sending. A delivery provider reactivating an address does not undo the person’s explicit refusal.

Measure what matters
A useful action.A meaningful next step.
We recommend moving beyond email open rates. Focus on clicks, confirmed conversions and the complete notification journey to understand what your messages achieve.

Privacy features and security scanners can load emails without a person reading them. Clicks can be automated too. A completed setup, a feature used or a purchase gives you a more concrete outcome.
Receiving and measuring are separate choices.
Permission to send an email does not automatically cover tracking it. Respect the applicable consent requirements when measuring clicks or other engagement.
About ePrivacy and email measurement
Email pixels and tracked links can fall within ePrivacy rules. CNIL guidance requires prior consent unless a specific exemption applies. Aggregation alone does not create an exemption.

A few things to know
Good questions.Clear answers.
How does personalization stay up to date?
Notifizz requests recipients and context from connected systems when a message needs them. The approved campaign uses the returned data to personalize its content. Freshness depends on your source and on a short cache, 1 hour by default and configurable per source.
Can marketing see the whole notification journey?
Yes. Transactional, product and marketing messages share the same delivery history. Your team can inspect the journey by recipient, campaign and channel, then use that context to plan and manage its campaigns.
Does this mean Notifizz stores no personal data?
No. Your customer profile database remains in your systems, but delivering messages requires processing recipient information. Operational records, message history and bounded caches have their own retention rules. A fingerprint that can recognise a person is a pseudonym, not anonymous data. See our privacy policy and CNIL’s explanation of pseudonymisation.
Who collects consent?
Your organisation does: your recipients are your customers, and Notifizz never collects or guesses their consent. You declare your setting in the dashboard and pass on each person’s consent with the SDK; opens and clicks are measured accordingly, and a refusal always wins. Sending preferences and unsubscribes work separately: refusing measurement never stops a message.
Which privacy protections are already live?
Message content is redacted after a retention period you set (7 days by default), then message history expires in stages. Tracking links carry their destination encrypted, so a click redirects without reading our database. Opens and clicks are measured only with the consent you pass on, and the suppression list stores addresses only as keyed hashes.
Your team. Your messages. Your control.
